**NEW COLLECTION DUE IN SOON**

British Jewellery label Cabinet is proud to be launching their jewellery on Independent Boutique.

Gemma Critchley founded Cabinet in 2008 and have remained true to their original ethos, creating a truly British label. From their precious metal work with talented craftsmen in the Birmingham Jewellery Quarter to their hand sewn collars - each unique and hand embellished in house at their studio in Somerset.

“We want our jewellery to be fun, evocative and for each piece to tell a story. For example, our first season aviation charms are restored miniatures, sculpted by a Cabinet grandfather, depicting his intimate and daring adventures as a spitfire pilot. These are facets of our past which are shared as a nation, representing prominent moments in our history. It’s important we connect with our work on a conceptual level so as a brand we endeavour to capture sentimentality and nostalgia in our work so people can connect with their own style.

This season is off-beat, edgy and unique, mixed with soft feminine luxe, shimmering metallics and for us it’s all about layering. This season we really wanted to create a capsule collection - jewellery to fit every occasion so from tiny charm necklaces to our signature collars.

Cabinet really can be interpreted in so many different ways and it’s our aim to encourage individuality when it comes to style.”
