I see myself as a servant of fashion who always reverts back to the female’s form as my inspiration.
What sort of comments do you get about your designs?
Great attention to detail.
What is your background?
I graduated in womenswear from Central St. Martins and worked with several labels in Saville Row. I have designed for my own fashion label since 2008.
Which designers do you rate highly and why?
Yves Saint Laurent for his sensitivity towards women. Coco Chanel because she thinks like a man and dresses like a woman. Azzedine Alaïa because I love the fact that he’s made women look sexually powerful.

I start with a photograph of inspiration, such as a painting or era, and pick out the details that interest me. The garments then evolve over production, and consult with stockists that fit the style of the brand. (more...)
